Our focus for this coming year's synod assembly is WORSHIP! Plan to bring everyone who will benefit from this - Directors of Music, Worship Committe chairs, and anyone else who is passionate about quality worship. We encourage churches to bring their key leaders. Everyone is welcome! We provide child care and Spanish translation upon request.

Nominations are now open!
Elections will be held at the Synod Assembly to elect Synod Council members to serve beginning in 2012. Voting members to the 2013 Churchwide Assembly will also be elected. Forms may be downloaded below; instructions for submitting nominations are found at the bottom of each form. Nomination forms are due March 1, 2012.

Resolutions are now being accepted!
Resolutions may be submitted by filling out the resolution form and submitting it to Mandy Faucett. Email is the preferred method of submission, but forms can also be faxed or mailed - instructions are on the form. Resolution forms must be received by April 1, 2012 in order to be considered at the Synod Assembly.

Our contracts are still being processed, so our group rate will not be available in Marriott's system until Wedesday, Feb. 1.
