
Missionaries
ELCA missionaries serve in the Central African Republic with the assistance of supporting congregations and ELCA Churchwide resources.
Rev. Deborah and Joseph Troester: Pastor Deborah is teaches English, Greek, and computer literacy to future pastors and Bible study and literacy to wives of future pastors at the Teological Seminary in Baboua. Joe is the technical advisor for PASE is the church's water resource development program. PASE builds spring boxes and also teaches about health and sanitation. Deb and Joe live in Baboua.
Rev. Jacalyn Griffin: Pastor Jackie is the technical advisor for the FCC (Femme Centrafricaine Pour Christ), the Lutheran women's organization.She Lives in Bouar.
Regional Representatives:
Anne and Willie Langdji (based in Yaounde, Cameroon) are the regional representatives for West Africa. They provide support for the ELCA’s relationships.
C.A.R. Missionary Association:
Phil and June Nelson provide support for the logistical needs of missionaries living and serving in the Central African Republic.
